RECENT WORK IN THIS AREA INCLUDES:
- Excellence benchmarking for a major car manufacturer in terms of both retail advertising and CRM
- For retail advertising we delivered a process audit, reconfiguration and refinement in ways of working resulting in major quality and efficiency benefits and significant cost efficiencies
- For CRM we managed a pitch and due diligence process resulting in the appointment of a new, decoupled data solution
